  • We are unable to accept returns unless there is damage to the item. If you have received a damaged item, contact hello@analog-nature.com with a photo of the damage as well as your order number within 5 days of receiving your order. We will correct the mistake right away and re-send you a new product within 3-4 days at our expense. If you would prefer a refund on the damaged item, please contact hello@analog-nature.com with a photo of the damage as well as your order number, and we will process the return on the missing or damaged item (excluding shipping costs) and refund you within 1-2 business days.

  • Currently we only ship within the US. For international shipment inquiries please contact us at Hello@analog-nature.com.

  • "Topical" means relating or applying directly to a part of the body. When applying the oils, please keep it on the surface of the skin and avoid the eyes, vagina, and mouth.

  • We recommend storing the oil in a dark space to prolong the lifespan of each ingredient. Keep out of direct sunlight.

  • Keep out of reach of pets and children. For external use only. If swallowed, seek urgent care/call poison control. Avoid eyes and mucous membranes; if contact occurs, rinse with vegetable oil. Wash hands after use. Do not use if pregnant/breastfeeding. Consult a physician if pregnant, taking medication, or if you have skin sensitivity. Do not use if you have allergies to any of the ingredients. Our menstrual cycle oil has not been evaluated by the FDA and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any symptoms correlated with periods or PMS, but simply to help alleviate/bring comfort around symptoms. If a rash occurs, stop use and seek medical attention.

At Analog Nature, we help you honor both inner and outer seasons through simple practices and botanical supports, fostering a deeper connection with the natural world around us.

  • Yes. You can work with the lunar cycle and the Earth’s seasons, and still benefit from tuning into weekly and monthly ebbs and flows like energy, mood, and sleep.

  • Aromatherapy and topical rituals create a sensory anchor for your intention. Seasonal blends can offer warmth, grounding, uplift, or balance that pair with what your body is asking for in each season.

  • Each has distinct energy patterns and body needs, which you can support with tailored micro‑rituals.

    • Inner Winter: Menstrual phase (Days 1-5)

    • Inner Spring: Follicular phase (Days 6-13)

    • Inner Summer: Ovulatory phase (Days 14-17)

    • Inner Autumn: Luteal phase (Days 18-28)

  • We suggest you come up with your own ritual that feels good for you and aligns with the rhythms of each season. But if you’d like a recommendation to get started we suggest the below:

    For the seasonal body oils:

    • After a bath or shower, apply to damp skin for best absorption.

    • Warm 3–5 drops between your palms. Press over the area you’re supporting, then massage with slow, gentle strokes.

    • For aromatherapy benefits, apply to pulse points: wrists, neck, chest.

    • For menstrual comfort, massage the lower belly and low back in slow spiral circles.

    • For grounding before rest, massage feet and calves.

    • Finish with 3–5 slow breaths to let your nervous system register the cue.
